Hello, Cheer families!
Due to absolutely unforseen scheduling circumstances that are outside of our control, our practice schedule for the remainder of the week must be changed. Please note the following changes below. We discussed the potential for a schedule change on Monday of this week at practice, and confirmed these changes on Tuesday at practice. My hope is your cheers relayed the information to you so you can plan accordingly. Again, I don't take schedule changes lightly, but, given how close we are to competition season, the cheers need the floor time.
Today, Wed, Oct 8: UE 3:30-4:30
Thu, Oct 9: Unified pictures at 3:15. Wear Sparkle white. NO PRACTICE.
Fri, Oct 10: Practice 3-4:15ish (we have gym time until 4:30 but we also have a game, and I want the kids to have some time to rest beforehand). Game at Valor: Arrive at 6:20 for a 7pm game. 3775 E. Grace Blvd. Highlands Ranch, CO. **Begin 2wk windows

Wed, Oct 15: 6:30 AM Pep Assembly Run-Through practice with Student Leadership. UE, 3:30-4:30 *PowderPuff - we need cheers to cheer with Unified at PowderPuff
Thu, Oct 16: Wow. Here we go:
Spirit Bus - all day during school
Practice for homecoming HALFTIME routine with Pom - immediately following Spirit Bus, until about 3:15ish.
Volleyball game vs. EHS - arrive at 6:00 for a 6:15 start time.
Decorate senior houses following game - this won't take nearly as long as last year as all houses are going to be arranged by geography.
Friday: HIGH VISIBILITY DAY. YOU MUST ATTEND ALL CLASSES TO PERFORM AT PEP ASSEMBLY/GAME. Pep assembly during 4th period. Homecoming game. Arrive at school no later than 5:15 for a 7pm start time - we need to stuff the run through, warm up everything, etc. This game is huge! **Can I get a parent volunteer to drop off a stack of pizzas or a giant subway (enough for both Varsity, unified and JV?) at around 6? Save the receipt, cheer will reimburse for this one.
Saturday: Homecoming dance
Sunday: No contact.
**Please be flexible this week, I'm sure even though I've gone over this with a fine tooth comb that there's something I'm forgetting. (I already had to re-update this twice!) It's a crazy week! Let's hold on for the ride and enjoy it!
